All classes at Bairdmore School have book exchange once a cycle.

PROGRAM
The goal of the library program at Bairdmore School is to meet the needs of the students and staff members, while incorporating the literature, information, and 21st Century Learning Skills outlined in the current information skills continuums. This is most successfully done through co-operative program planning and resource-based learning.
M.Y.R.C.A. aims to promote reading and Canadian literature by giving young people the opportunity to vote for their favourite Canadian book from an annual preselected list. students in Grades 4 - 6 vote for their favourite Canadian book from the Sundog Nominees. The books are nominated on their quality and reader appeal. Any student who has read or heard read at least three or more titles from the list, by the April deadline, may vote for their favourite Canadian book.

All MB students who have read or have been
read at least 3 titles may vote.
3 books = 1 vote
6 books = 2 votes
Voting for 2021 winner will open in March.
